The Bluffs of Wilson Creek was born in 2003 when four groups of our friends and family acquired 600 acres of mountain splendor that bordered a family homestead in beautiful Caldwell County, just 30 minutes from Blowing Rock.

Each of us possesses our own unique expertise, including engineering, horticulture, land development, plant nursery and landscape architecture that have contributed to making The Bluffs such a special community. What draws us together is our personal commitment to preparing this community as gift to others who share our love of the land.

The result of this devotion is the one-of-a-kind lifestyle opportunity we’ve named The Bluffs of Wilson Creek. We believe The Bluffs is part of a prosperous future for those who have either grown up or raised families here, as well as those drawn here by the area’s idyllic lifestyle and emerging business community.
